Progress321 is a group of purpose-driven professionals dedicated to making the region the best place to live, work, and create. Progress321 strengthens growth in the Borderplex region by connecting professionals across industries to cultivate leadership and support community resilience.

 

  • Progress321 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and supporting organization of the El Paso Community Foundation.

    We are a membership organization that offers opportunities to Connect with other professionals, Access local leaders, and Empower progressors through programs and committee work. We are creating a unified professional ecosystem by bringing together purpose-driven people from all industry sectors.
