Progress321 is a non-profit organization that exists to make the Paso del Norte region the next “best place to live and work” by empowering and connecting professionals across sectors, disciplines, generations and cultures.
To recruit, empower and develop active young professionals who can volunteer and provide their expertise to build the capacities of nonprofit organizations engaged in education, the arts, public health and economic development and to engage in and fund projects and initiatives in these areas in the hopes of improving the region’s quality of life.
All Progressors are encouraged to pitch and drive initiatives that will have a positive and sustainable impact on our region’s economy.
Our group is an open forum for seasoned and emerging leaders across disciplines to exchange ideas, share best practices, and advocate for changes that will establish the region as the next “best place to live and work”.
Progressors strengthen, support, and generate positive exposure for quality of life initiatives that are essential for continued business retention, expansion and attraction for our region.
